Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age - The Great Crystal / Boss: Shemhazai
0After Giruvegan comes the Great Crystal, the first trip is relatively simple, even if everything pretty much looks the same!
But a boss waits for us at the end of that trip, Shemhazai is an Esper that is guarding whatever we're trying to reach.
She has a random weakness and absorbs every other element, so it's best to just stick to non-elemental attacks. Her regular attacks can inflict Disease, so you'll need Serums or Remedies with the right Lores, but her biggest strength lies in her Spells, she can cast Shock, Flare or Scourge against you, so Shell is a very useful buff to cast on your party.
Beating her adds her to your License Board, all free for you to use.
And after that, a fairly long cutscene, followed by another one once you return to Balfonheim, giving us our next main goal... Not that we'll go there just yet though, a Guest is a good opportunity for some hunts!
