Final Fantasy XIII-2 on Steam Deck OLED
Finally Playable after Proton 8 update but faraway from perfect.
It's better to play this game 30fps locked. Unlocking 60fps makes the gameplay really Inconsistent due to poor frame pacing. In some more empty areas its possible to get 60fps (07:04) if you lock GPU clock to 1600MHz from Steam Deck Settings.
Shadow Resolution should be set 2048x2048 or under. More than this drops fps to 20. MSAA Anti-aliasing doesn't affect the performance much.
Issues what did i notice:
Inconsistent 60fps/Bad frame pacing (FF13fix mod might help this. Locked 30fps recommended)
GPU Throttling (fixed by locking GPU Clock from Steam Deck Settings)
Keyboard inputs in game.
Do i recommend this game?: Yes, if 30fps is no problem. 6/10
