This dungeon has approximately 32:40 in cutscenes and 14:50 in combat / movement. The longest period of time between combat is between Nero and Gaius at about 6.5 - 7 minutes, depending on how fast people activate the Echelon. Between destroying the Blast Door and fighting Gaius is about 14 minutes, with only 70 seconds or so of combat.
