So, what is the use of a beta test when you don't allow anyone to report bugs?

For those too lazy to follow the mouse cursor. I went from an email in gmail telling me to visit dev-na.ffxiv.com , I logged into there, only to click on the feedback and bug links and be given a "no permission" error.

Which in turn references http://support.na.square-enix.com/ffxiv/

Which guess what... is where I started with the email. No help whatsoever.

There are missing translations in the game, the mouse cursor is laggy (because it's rendering it with the scene, and on top of the 3D part.) The menus are laggy. It already has RMT problems... and there is absolutely nowhere and nobody to report these to. What gives?

Are people who buy this game going to be the real beta test when they can no longer use that copypasta response?
