Story: Newly elected major, Mike Haggar, has decided to clean up Metro City, the Crime Capital of the World. He has promised the citizens of Metro City that he will free the streets of the major crime group, Mad Gear. Mad Gear rule the city under the leadership of one man, Belger.

However, Major Haggar's plans take a U-turn when Mad Gear kidnap his daughter, Jessica saying they will only return her if the Major allows Mad Gear free reign of Metro City.

Major Haggar calls on his gum mates, Guy and Cody, to help him rescue Jessica and free the streets of Metro City once and for all!
