Ace Combat 5 was released for PS4 (as a port of the PS2 game) as part of a pre-order/deluxe edition bonus for Ace Combat 7, and the PS5 can run PS4 games. As of april 2021 it was still possible to get the game if you buy the digital deluxe edition of AC7 through the EU PSN store.
