Final Vendetta - PC Review
4A review of the PC port of Final Vendetta. A brand new 2D Beat 'em up with many homages to old arcade classics like Final Fight and Cadillacs and Dinosaurs.
Final Vendetta is an old school hard as hell 2D fighting game which really racks up the difficulty once you get to stage 2. At present the game offers no continues but a recent tweet (On Twitter) showed the Devs will be adding a 'Casual Mode' which will add in continues into the game.
I really wanted to like Final Vendetta but it doesn't feel like a fully finished product and that instead of being a classic 2D side scrolling fighting game like SOR2, FF1 (Mega CD) or TMNT TIT, it feels more like something from Jaleco....
The game is still a highly fun and enjoyable game with one hell of a kick ass soundtrack...but it just feels as if its missing something which should be making it truly great and as a result instead of being like a 7 or 8 out of 10.....it just feels like a 5 out of 10.
