If I didn't have such a good memory of the place, this would indeed have been very difficult with the magic-point-per-day system. In retrospect, this probably would have been an even much more difficult dungeon in the NES days because of limitations to items and whatnot.

But with Final Fantasy complete, it's time to move onto it's predecessor which not only changed much of the formula from one, but added new concepts and depth to the series. Final Fantasy II.
