Now that someone went into the game and decided to do that, I highly doubt that person would use vpn or something to lag the game up, so things have changed from my initial information. It's not an indicator anymore, which means outside of the development team giving a shit about their game and making it functional by having decent servers, I know, who does that, they can make all sorts of excuses to not do anything to the players, even if visually seen they have a massive advantage and probably are exploiting. Why wouldn't you when you've got the laziest devs in the world where the player base doesn't give a shit about their accountability, even when they mess up and admit their mistakes. What a joke.
