Finance Secretary On 100 Lakh Crore Allocation For Infrastructure
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday unveiled a budget aimed at boosting infrastructure and foreign investment. Speaking to NDTV, Finance Secretary Subhash Garg said that the government plans to arrange a bulk of the 100 lakh crore allocation meant for infrastructure through private sector and public private participation. "Bulk of the funds will have to come from private sector and public private participation (PPP)," Mr Garg said.
