Finding elastic for DIY masks

6Making your own mask but having trouble finding materials? Here's what I used for mine.

Where I got my materials (All from a major department store):
HEPA filter - Vacuum cleaner bag isle
Polyester/spandex fabric - (women's clothing/leggings section)
Twisty ties - Box of trash bags/Produce section of any grocery store
IMPORTANT: When cutting your HEPA filter, DO NOT cut your filter in half and mend it back together. Do not put any holes in it at all if you can avoid it. It reduces the functionality of the filter if you separate it and then mend it back.
