Here in Part 2 of this abandoned mine exploration, we explore some lower levels in the abandoned Empire Mine and discover a trove of artifacts including an ore cart and a drill stand. We also found some old fuse cord. Outside, a discarded blower from the 1920s or earlier was laying on the side of the waste rock pile. The Empire Mine was a copper, silver, lead, and zinc mine that operated in the 1920s. We enjoyed exploring its century-old workings on multiple levels. Nick and Traci from the Miner49er channel joined me for this exploration, and their channel is located here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5-1Mf2hhH-vo_uGT4lBC6w Be sure to stop by Nick's channel and check out his videos of abandoned mine explorations. He's got some great content over there! And don't forget to subscribe to his channel, too!

Did you see Part 1 of this exploration? If not, it's here: https://youtu.be/oqkdOeXt9Is In Part 1, Nick and I ascend a ladder to an upper level. We also found an enormous hoist room with a large hoist and winch still in place!
