Today, we get back to Kate, who, leaving behind the island of Syberia, apparently, got stranded and, if not for youkols, could've died. Fortunately, she was taken care of, and later submitted to the hospital of Valsembor to recover. There, we meet Kurk, a spirit guide for the local tribe, who waits for his leg replacement. Walking around the hospital, though, we begin to suspect that, if not for some kind of intervention, he might never receive it, and the tribe won't be able to complete their migration.
