This trophy can be earned in any mode.
The easiest take down to enact against your enemy is done by pressing L2 + Cross + Square or L2 + Circle + Triangle at the same time, then moving to "Half Guard" and doing a different submission, like an Arm Bar or Arm Triangle. You should be placed to the side of them, then mantle on their back and perform the "Rear Naked Choke". Repeat this process, and eventually, you'll get the submission victory.
If they tap out on the arm bar/arm triangle, don't worry as you'll unlock Silver Joint Venture by doing so.
The Choke submissions are ones that dominantly aim for the head area: "Rear Naked Choke", "Guillotine" etc.
