Once she was out of Bolting,I had Heath clear out the island of enemies in the northeast corner,then carried Matthew over to the chests. Cleared out the remaining enemies and made for the boss area. BOSS: Sonia. Sage armed with the Fimbulvetr tome,high level anima magic. She has somewhat low defense,but she's fast. Canas is the best one for this job. His Luna tome can ignore defenses and has a good crit chance,and Dark Magic trumps anima magic. She drops a Fell Contract upon defeat,use this to Class Change Matthew or Legault into an Assassin! Turns out Sonia was a Morph all along,and thought she was human.
