All the items are obtainable using this strategy, may need some RNG abusing during the turns, since there are a Mage and a Bishop attacking from afar.

This is what exactly you will need:
2 Promoted Flyers
2 Promoted Mounted Units (Paladin, Nomadic Trooper or Valkyrie)
1 Unit that can open the last chest.
1 Door Key (Or Unlock Staff, Depends if you are using a Valkyrie)
1 Chest Key with at least 3 Uses (Or you can use 3 separate Chest Keys)
1 Unit with 1-2 Ranged Weapon (Preferably a Sniper with a Longbow)
1 Powerfull Magic User that can use Physic to heal your units (especialy Ninian)
1 Unit to take the units in the left building, since all of them are 1-2 Ranged, they can take Ninian down.

And about that wierd cursor movement at the end, my antivirus just popped-in, and my emulator got too laggy and i couldn't control my moves, but i wanted to do there was a RNG abuse, and it came good at the end.

If you want Karel/Harken you should wait for turn 10, that is your choice if you want to get them or not.
