Now that Fire Emblem Engage has settled down a bit, I wanted to talk about the series as a whole, because Nintendo's inability to see the value of making these games accessible on modern platforms is starting to get frustrating.

Every Fire Emblem game has a timeless quality because it tells a distinct and unique story. These games exist side-by-side with one another, and newer games don't "replace" older titles, as you'd see with sports games or even FPSers.

So why is it that we have still yet to have a single classic Fire Emblem remade, re-released, or packaged into a retro compilation for Nintendo Switch?
