While the chapter itself isn't too bad, Tirado may pose a bit of a threat. He's one of those 'early game Generals that's hard to dispatch because he's promoted and you're most likely not.' The best course of action, of course, would be to send in Garcia of Ross, (though you should probably keep Ross away if he's still a Journeyman.) Eirika is probably going to be ineffective as well, despite her Rapier, due to the weapon triangle actually making a decent impact here. Ephraim or Seth aren't too bad either; the former likely has two different lances that are decent in power and give him a good crit chance, the latter should still have enough power to topple Tirado, (though of course, Seth should still be fine without stealing experience.)
