I do another paralogue, and this one is Ferdinand and Lysithea's paralogue. Ferdinand's father, Duke Aegir, has been captured by a bunch of rogues, and a soldier reports to Ferdinand about his father, who was last sighted in Hrym territory, and they go as quickly as they can in an attempt to save Duke Aegir.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This paralogue is usually one of the last ones I ever do in the game, but there is still Eternal Guardian left, which I will wait till the next chapter to do. This map takes place in the Empire, as it uses the Empire map from Auxiliary Battles, and I recommend starting with the southern side of the map, as there are four rogues that will attack the villages if you don't defeat them as quickly as you can.
While I do have Ferdinand as a Great Knight, which isn't really his best class, Paladin or Wyvern Lord tend to be the classes most players prefer, but he does have Swift Strikes to help in defeating some of the enemies on the map, and the Spear of Assal on Ferdinand can be helpful, and Lysithea with Thyrsus to increase her magic range can allow her to handle most of the enemies on this map, but she cannot take hits well.
There are three Rogue Leaders, and you can save the villages by defeating them instead of defeating the ones that will attack, defeating the Grappler saves the two western villages, and defeating the Swordmaster saves the two eastern villages, and some Rogues leave after defeating the leaders.
On the northern side of the map, there are endless reinforcements, an Assassin on odd numbered turns, and a Wyvern Rider on even numbered turns, they can be stopped after defeating the Swordmaster and Grappler bosses. There is a Sniper on the northwestern side of the map, which I recommend saving for last, because defeating this guy will reveal the fate of Duke Aegir.
The Rogue bosses are very tough opponents, the Grappler has Killer Knuckles, increasing his critical hit rate, the Swordmaster has a Killing Edge and Sword Crit +10, and the Sniper has a Killer Bow, so they have some dangerous weapons, magic attacks can work well against the Grappler and Swordmaster, and they do have Battalions which use Disturbance. As for the chests on the map, you get a Talisman, Secret Book, Silver Bow, and Evasion Ring.
After defeating every rogue on the map, based on how many villages were saved, if all of them, you get the Lance of Zoltan, which requires A Rank in Lance to use, and it is a powerful weapon, and you get Ochain Shield if you saved all villages, which is tied to the Crest of Cichol, so this will be very good on Ferdinand, as it restores HP every turn when equipped, and it negates critical hits. If you didn't save all the villages, you would get a Horseslayer if at least one was saved, and a Silver Lance if you saved at least two.
You get two Battalions, the first one is Aegir Astral Knights, which is a good one to equip on Ferdinand, as it is a B Rank Battalion with good Endurance, and it provides boosts to Strength, Avoid, Protection, Resilience, and Charm, and the Gambit is Assault Troop. The boost in Avoid works well with Ferdinand's Personal Ability, because at full HP, he can avoid attacks easier if you make him a class with a high Speed growth, like Assassin or Swordmaster.
The other one is Ordelia Sorcery Co., and this one can be good for Lysithea to equip, as it gives boosts to Magic, Hit, Resilience, and Charm, and the Gambit is Resonant Lightning, and it is a B Rank Authority, so this is a good one for any of your magic units that have B Rank in Authority.
We then learn why the Rogues were sent to kill Duke Aegir, the Insurrection of the Seven, and about Lord Arundel and Emperor Ionius IX, so they give a bit of backstory about some of those characters.
At the end of the month, we get another scene where we learn about the Death Knight, who is guarding Fort Merceus, and there is unused dialogue in that scene where Caspar and Linhardt appear alongside the Death Knight if they were defeated in Part 1 in Classic Mode, that does happen in Verdant Wind, but not on this route.
