"Firefox F7" (aka "Astro Thunder", "Epoch Astro Thunder 7", "Epoch Galaga X6", and "Radio Shack Astro Thunder") is a tabletop electronic released by Grandstand in 1983!

I managed to pick this up recently and here I take a look at the box, the unit itself, instructions and attempt to get some gameplay footage beating all 6 stages! (If anyone has any filming suggestions to get better results please feel free to leave a comment!)

I believe this is one of the last of the VFD (Vacuum Fluorescent Display - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vacuum_fluorescent_display) games rather than LED.

And it's frickin' awesome! Probably the best electronic game I've ever played!
