This takes place at S2 when Zachary & Ashley started dating. He felt extremely nervous about their first date go out because she lives in a wealthy family she could even pay for him! He didn’t want to humiliated himself because he isn’t a gentleman for paying everything for her. So he made her leave her wallet behind so he could pay everything with his savings, Ashley agrees since she doesn’t like to see him beg. (Seriously, it’s annoying to her-) They ended up going to a grocery store to buy groceries for the diner cause Ashley promised her mom (Alexandra) she would get the supplies for her, that’s when things got a little bad. Zachary didn’t have enough money to pay off the groceries and gas money for his motorcycle. So they can’t leave until the groceries get paid off. 😅
