This seems to have been a one-of-a-kind custom sword that appeared in Kult of Athena's pre-owned section, so unfortunately it's not available anymore. The bladesmith, Michael Tinker Pearce, is very busy and has told me that he currently can't commit to new orders (as of late June 2016).

His article on what makes a sword good (recommended read!): http://tinkerswords.com/goodsword.html
