First Look - Bard's Gold - Sparkly!

A wretched little goblin stole all of the Bard's family's gold. It's up to the Bard to reclaim it. Unfortunately that means there's a ton of platforming, traps, puzzles, bosses, and baddies to overcome first. Bard's Gold is an old school platformer with some rogue-lite elements. A few different dungeon layouts, chosen at random each time you start up. When you die you spend the money you made in your "run" to upgrade your character to become more powerful and hopefully make it further. It's a bit of a slower paced platformer, but that certainly doesn't mean easy. Die, die and die again. However, if you DO manage to make it to the goblin, sweet sweet treasure awaits you...or so I've been told...

My thanks to Erdem Sen for sending Bard's Gold my way. It brought me back to the days of playing Alex Kidd, though I recall being GOOD at that game. My platforming skills are a bit weak but I still managed a good showing for once. I will say it did all fall apart pretty quick at the end there! Either way, I'm grateful to be able to showcase Bard's Gold on my channel!
