First Look - Battle Brothers - Ep. 1 - Escape Key Of Death!

The folks at Overhype Studios were kind enough to send me an advanced build they are working on with some added features and such for me to cover. It's been great working with them so far and I think this may be my first "Bumpy McSquigums' Exclusive"! So, cool stuff all around! I'll be sticking with this game as it develops and bringing you new content as they update it!
Battle Brothers is a game I'm really excited to be covering. You are in control of a band of Mercenaries and hunt for treasure loot, fame, and legendary artifacts! You can grow your army of mercs pretty large and take a sizable portion of that army into battle. Battle Brothers shows off a nice turn based combat system on procedurally generated battle maps. Likewise, the world map, the invasion that takes place, and the quests, or contracts, you get are all procedurally generated, making replayability very high. You'll gain experience for your troops to level them up as well as different equipment and tons of combinations of skills and abilities that work well together. There's a ton here ladies and gentlemen, and I've still barely scratched the surface of the game. Check out my first look of Battle Brothers and keep your eyes and ears peeled for more!
