This game blew me away when I first picked it up. In all honesty, I wasn't expecting much, but the developer was kind enough to send it my way, so I gave it a shot. The writing makes me grin, the presentation is old school, yet feels fresh and easy to pick up. There's a ton to do and I have become a fan in just a few minutes of playing. After about 2 hours I knew I had to show case SanctuaryRPG: Black Edition. If you aren't familiar with ASCII games, this should give you a pretty good idea of what the ASCII Era of games was like in the art style displayed, but the presentation is so much better than anything I played before. I can't say I have a TON of experience with these games, but most didn't interest me. This is definitely the exception! So, come enjoy the "humorous and strategic turn-based dungeon crawling ASCII adventure with this first look!
