I've been working on the full body workout routine from Heavy Duty II for the last 6 months. Deadlifts have seen the biggest progress out of any other exercise, I started using 80 pounds with a home dumbbell, and as of March 28 I've been able to start using 205 pounds for reps.

I haven't been taking any protein powder, creatine or other supplements, and I only go to the gym once every 4-5 days with a few 7-day periods sprinkled in-between workouts, meaning I have only been training my back twice a month.

This shit works.
