They were originally formed in October 2021 as OdAkEi IDOL PROJECT, produced by singer and musician OdAkEi.
YouTuber Mikki became a co-producer in April 2022 and the group's name was changed to MiKiOdA IDOL PROJECT.
On December 5, 2022, the current system came to an end due to the producers' decision to leave the project. They will redebut under their new name with the same line-up on April 4, 2023. - JPOP Fandom
