Fist of the Dark Souls 3: Raoh vs Iudex Gundyr
0Our story begins with Raoh waking from his forced slumber, with no memory of who he was except for his name. Fighting through the disheveled hollows that inhabited the cemetery using a rusted axe that he came across, the warrior discovers a statue with a sword impaled in it, positioned in the exact center of a large arena. Perhaps this strange effigy can shed light on who Raoh was before he came to this strange land?

The decision to switch to bare fist near the end was actually a spur of the moment decision, otherwise I wouldn't have even included this fight. After this recording, I experimented to see if it would be possible to do the whole fight with bare fists on a separate char file. The conclusion reached was that it's kind of doable, but because it does so little damage, it requires a lot of time, patience, and skill. Things someone a lot more qualified than myself has. The way the original fight played out fit more in a story sense, though, so it worked out in the end.
