This week we chat about motivation and what the best way to approach the gym is. So many people just think going to workout is the right thing to do, but it’s not. You’re far better off finding what works for you, following a passion and being motivated to go again because you’re loving what you’re doing.

There’s no right or wrong. No one knows better than you do. Some people can give you good advice, sure. But before you even start make sure you’re doing it for you. Then everything else will fall into place wonderfully.
