This week in the fitness journey we look at working out and training and what's good, what's bad, what you should do and what you shouldn't do. Remember in reality there's no right or wrong, though. Well, as long as you're not grabbing some dumbbells and throwing them across the gym. That's wrong. And annoying. And dangerous. Don't do that.

But every body is different so finding out what works for you is the most important aspect of any workout or training programme. Just remember to lift hard and lift strong!
