Fitting A Navigation Touch Screen Into A NON NAV EVO X Car.
Going over the nav system that I installed into the car.
11-13 Mitsubishi model (these models have streaming bluetooth called FUSE), 08-10 didn’t. To keep this OEM feature you need the navigation model from a 11-13, which is the N-05 model part number is 8750a238. All you would need is the screen with the install kit(which includes the wiring), unless you get one with all the wiring, which isn’t that likely especially if you buy from ebay(you can get the actual screens from there).
All the 08-13 they’re all interchangeable, but the differences between the years is the bluetooth Fuse that’s why they have different part numbers, and if you look in the bottom right corner you’ll see the N model number.. 08-10 only had bluetooth for calls, 11-13 had bluetooth for calls and streaming music, called FUSE. That’s why there’s different part numbers and then if you look at the bottom right there are different N numbers. So if you install an earlier model you will LOSE your ability to stream music. That’s why there’s a difference in pricing for the screen models because of the features and depending on if they have wired or not.
