AI game keeps attacking you as long as it doesn't run out of money. Also the game provides AI enemy some extra money boost without cash availability at times.

In this game I started as USA and never attacked the enemy for 5 hours. Only gathered money, built units and setup a solid defense. The game ran for 5 hours, attacks kept coming both from ground and sky and it only stopped when I blocked it's access to any ore.
