Sometime after the events of Five Nights with 39, 39 is seen in the alley lonely and sad. Then he ingests a certain drug which leads him to step in a colorful world and he's reunited with his friends once more. Eventually, 39 and his gang are summoned by a masked individual to go on an adventure to fight "The Bad Guy" located in the Sky Palace. After the Bad Guy's defeat, a new evil force has appeared in the cave North of the island. He puts 39 and his friends to a test to see if they're worthy to fight him. This leads to the final battle with him and they defeat him which leads 39 all by himself in a long hallway-like area. Here, 39 talks to the shadows of all his friends that he killed out of jealousy. Once he reaches his shadow self, he eventually get advice from him and wakes up in the alley. This leads 39 to push further on in his quest to save Plushie 39.
