Fix Amnesia: Rebirth Crashing, Freezing and Black Screen on Windows PC
Step 1) Restart Steam, update the game, verify the integrity of game files
Step 2) Launch AmnesiaRebirth.exe from the installation folder as an administrator
Step 3) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program or controlled folder access
Step 4) Install the visual C++ files
