App Can't Open With Built In Adminstrator Account - how to fix. Will work for all editions of Windows (Windows 10 Home, Professional, Education, Enterprise, ect.).

Entry used in this tutorial:

reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
/v FilterAdministratorToken /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

paste that in the Windows 10 search bar it will add the
'filteradministratorToken'' reg value.
