Fix Assassin's Creed Mirage NPC Textures Pop In

Reduce NPC model pop-in, the models visibly pop-in when approaching them with no option in-game for adjusting their level of detail distances so we go about this by increasing this NPC LOD distances in the INI file so first ensure that the game is closed to prevent the changes below from being overwritten.
Go to ThisPC\username\Documents\Assassin's Creed Mirage\ then open ACMirage.ini with a text editor like notepad
Find Character=
Increase the value as desired (maximum is 4, default is 2) then Save the file.
As a side note ACMirage.ini may need to be changed to Read Only to prevent the value from resetting.
