Steps to No Audio or sound issue after Updating Windows 10 to version 2004, 1909 or 1903.

• Check the volume levels
• Run Audio Troubleshooter
• Roll Back Audio Drivers
• Reinstall audio driver from device manager- Try automatic and Browse option
• Check for disabled device, enable it and make it default.
• Restart Audio Service
• Perform Cleanboot
• Uninstall audio driver and restart your PC.
• Install Audio Driver from System manufacturer website
• Update Windows 10
