Steps to Fix Error Unable to Initialize Connection to Steam with The Elder Scrolls Online game on PC

Step 1) Restart Steam Client
Step 2) Put Steam into offline mode, restart your PC and switch to online.
Step 3) Try Running steam both with and without administrator.
Step 4) Try setting 'zosSteamStarter' to run both with and without administrator.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Zenimax Online
Once there, find 'zosSteamStarter': Right click this and select 'properties'.
Go to compatibility & uncheck the box which says 'Run this program as Administrator'.
Step 4) Try Running game both with and without administrator
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online
Step 5) Go to steam/steamLibrary/steamapps/common/Zenimax Online/Launcher and use Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe
Step 6) Try repairing game from launcher
