Step 1) Restart Steam, restart PC
Step 2) Disable overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), Close all the overclocking app such as MSI Afterburner, riva tuner etc. Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, close Firefox/chrome browser and third-party app
Step 3) Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, , Close all the overclocking app such as MSI Afterburner, riva tuner etc. Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, close Firefox/chrome browser and third-party app, remove the undervolt
Step 4) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, try compatibility mode
Step 5) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall
Step 6) Change refresh rate to 60/as per your monitor. Rename/Delete Video Settings file (You will lose all the saved settings)
Step 7) Perform a clean installation of Graphics card driver

Step 8) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 9) Verify the game files
Step 10) (Skip this step if not able to launch the game) If able to launch the game, turn on V Sync and turn on Dynamic Vertical Sync, try windowed mode and lower down graphics settings

Step 12) Update Windows
Step 13) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 14) Update System BIOS
Step 15) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
