How To Fix Borderlands 2 Error Ran Out of Video Memory On PC
Step 1) Run launcher from the game installation folder
Step 2) Run launcher from the game installation folder and set PhysX to low, select the right resolution, try window mode
Step 3) Run the game from the game installation folder, run the game as an administrator, try compatibility mode
Step 4) Switch the PCs sound output to Realtek solved it
Step 5) Try -nolauncher in launch options
Step 6) Run all the vcredist files and DXSETUP file
Step 7) Remove all the mods
Step 8) Install DirectX file

Step 9) Set Steam to offline mode
Step 10) Delete config folder (saved settings will be lost) Rename the save game files, create a backup first (Save game progress will be lost)
Step 11) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program/Windows Security & firewall
