Step 1) Run Steam as an administrator
Step 2) Delete crashreport.exe, crashreport.dll file, InstallerMessage (create a backup first) if that does not work delete InstallerMessage_RunlScript.vdf file (create a backup first)
Step 3) Roll back graphics driver (566.36/572.83) go for clean installation, try debug mode
Step 4) Uninstall all mods via fluffy manager
Step 5) Try power saving mode
Step 6) Try -dx11/-dx12
Step 7) Run the game from the game installation folder, run the game as an administrator, try compatibility mode
Step 8) If able to launch the game turn off HDR and Ray Tracing,Windows HDR
Step 9) If after updating Windows facing issues, then roll back to old update
Step 10) Rename/Delete config folder (saved settings will be lost) Rename the save game files, create a backup first (Save game progress will be lost)
Step 11) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program/Windows Security & firewall
Step 12) Perform a clean installation of latest graphics card driver

Step 13) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 14) Disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia App, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay) Do not overclock (set it to default), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner
Step 15) Verify the game files

Step 17) Increase the Virtual memory
Step 18) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 19) Update the system BIOS
Step 20) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
