Step 1) Try -dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 2) Turn on Steam Overlay
Step 3) Open AMD Software, enter "Graphics" into the search box, and click on the "Graphics Settings”. In Global Graphics, disable Radeon Anti-Lag
Step 4) Try different Windows power plans, try high/balanced/power saver and check which is working fine for you
Step 5) If using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, lower down performance core ratio to 56x/55x
Step 6) Verify the game files
Step 7) Restart Steam, run Steam as an administrator
Step 8) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program/Windows Security & firewall
Step 9) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, disable full screen optimization, try compatibility mode.
Step 10) Do not overclock (set it to default), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia App, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay)
Step 11) Rename the save game files, create a backup first (Save game progress will be lost)
Step 12) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver.

Step 16) Increase Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.

Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 17) Update the system BIOS
Step 18) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 19) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
