By using the environment variable "radv_zero_vram=false" in your startup parameters, you can fix the constant frametime spikes on Linux for Cyberpunk 2077 and other games that has similar behavior.

That's likely due to your in game graphics settings not taxing your GPU enough. When the GPU is heavily taxed on Linux, it introduces this spikey frametime behavior, in Cyberpunk 2077 to be specific, but there are other games that has this issue too, Atomic Heart comes to mind.
