This is a guide on how to fix the Ultra-widescreen unsupported resolutions in Darkest Dungeon 2 game on Windows PC, Linux, Mac and Steam Deck platforms removing the black bars black borders around the screen to fill the entire monitor you are playing on for a more immersive experience using a mod from github updated in 2025 with fixed visual bugs.
This adds support to aspect ratios that are not 16:9 like 21:9 and 16:10 that resolutions like 1280×800 have.
