Davinci Resolve cursor may seem to go to a lower refresh rate or fps then your monitor and it's fine on every other software other than Davinci Resolve, The mouse cursor and Davinci resolve window gets laggy.
If you click off the desktop or another program and so on, the cursor goes back to normal, so it's only when you click on and use Davinci Resolve.
