Before you do this fix make sure you made backups since this is a destructive method that takes a very long time by writing through all of the drive with 0 values which triggers error correction mechanisms updates the drive's TOC. this results in potentially fixing the Current Pending Sector Count Caution problem in your HDD or SSD storage drive.
The software used to check the drive's state is the CrystalDiskInfo.
Command: format F: /fs:NTFS /p:1 (change the capital "F" to the drive you want to fix)
