This method allows you to changes language of Red Dead Redemption 1 PC 2024 port but only English has Audio and the others can only be used to change the text in menus and subtitles.
This was tested and works using the Steam version of red dead redemption but can be used on any launcher if you just add the command to the launch command field given by the launcher.
Command launch line example: -rglLanguage=en-US
Language Codes:
English: en-US (United States) en-GB (United Kingdom)
Simplified Chinese: zh-CN (China) Traditional Chinese: zh-TW (Taiwan) zh-HK (Hong Kong)
French: fr-FR (France) fr-CA (Canada)
