Fix Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster Not Loading/Stuck On Loading Screen
Step 1) Avoid using reshade, uninstall Reshade & effects, avoid using DLC unlocker such as Koalageddon etc.
Step 2) Start Steam as an administrator, restart your PC
Step 3) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, try compatibility mode
Step 4) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall
Step 5) Try -dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 6) Perform clean installation of graphics driver

Step 7) Run the game on dedicated graphics card

Step 9) Verify game files
Step 10) Update Windows
Step 11) Skip this step if not able to launch the game- lower down texture quality to 4GB/6GB (8GB card can lower texture quality to 4GB while 12GB cards can lower texture to 6GB), Switch to Windowed/Borderless Windowed mode, , lower down resolution, turn V sync on/off, turn off DLSS, lower down graphics setting, reset graphics setting
Step 12) Increase the Virtual Memory

Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 13) Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, Disable overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), Close all the overclocking app such as MSI Afterburner, riva tuner etc. Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, close Firefox/chrome browser and third-party app, remove the undervolt
Step 14) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
