Step 1) Switch to normal keyboard layout (try English US Layout)
Step 2) Re enable graphics card in device manager
Step 3) Set v sync=0 in config file
Step 4) Disable Steam Cloud, you turn it on once able to play the game
Step 5) (Skip this step if you cannot launch the game) If able to launch switch to Windowed mode and lower down video settings
Step 6) Rename the config folder (All saved settings will be lost)
Step 7) Perform clean installation of graphic card driver https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
https://www.amd.com/en/support
Step 8) Run the game on dedicated graphics
Step 9) Try -dx12/-dx11 in launch options
Step 10) Verify the game files
Step 11) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, disable full screen optimization, try compatibility mode
Step 12) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program Avast, norton, bit defender, McAfee, Comodo/Windows Security & firewall
Step 13) Install Visual C++ Files
Step 14) Try power save mode, disable/Enable hardware accelerated GPU scheduling
Increase the virtual memory
Step 15) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 16) Update System BIOS
Step 17) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
