Step 1) Update the BIOS
Step 2) Perform a clean installation of latest graphics card driver

Step 3) Install GeForce Hotfix Display Driver version 576.66
Step 4) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 5) Do not skip the first cutscene
Step 6) Run the game as an administrator, try compatibility mode
Step 7) Try power saver mode
Step 8) Install Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, lower down performance core ratio to 56x/55x
Step 9) Increase the Virtual memory
Step 10) Verify the game files
Step 11) Do not overclock (set it to default), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia App, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay)
Step 12) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
